Love and drinking songs of the German Baroque
Musical Direction: Claudia Eder

Soloist: Prize winner of the International Voice Competition 2012

Among others, the German basso continuo solo song of the Baroque period developed from medieval troubadours, and the musical ideal was that of early Italian opera.

We will take you on a musical trip into the 17th century, with songs containing fantastic, virtually satirical puns and musical esprit.

These songs revolve around love, suffering and sorrow, and in cheerful, sometimes churlish drinking songs.
