GENERAL TRADING CONDITIONS FOR THE
INTERNATIONAL FESTIVAL OF YOUNG SINGERS
OF THE CHAMBER OPERA SCHLOSS RHEINSBERG
- 1. Tickets can be reserved by mail, telephone, fax, or E-Mail. The processing will take place after the official sale date on 1st february.
- 2. After reserving the best possible seat will be given, according to the order of incoming reservations. Special requests will be taken into consideration. In case the reserved performance or reserved price category should be sold out – the costumer will be notified. All sales are final. In the lowest price category tickets, limited visibility should be taken into consideration.
- 3. The amount of wheel-chair-seating is as follows: Heckentheater – 9, Schlosstheater – 4, Schlosshof – 10. Due to security reasons, it is not possible to place more than this number of seats per performance. It is extremely recommended to state it when reserving, if wheel-chair-seating is wished.
- 4. Reservations will be processed as of the 1st of February at the latest within the next four weeks. After receiving the receipt, the amount shall bee transferred within 14 days. After the sum has been successfully transferred, the tickets will be sent. If the customer did not pay within the limited time, the tickets will automatically go back on sale. There will be a reservation fee of 10% per ticket, postal fee of 2,50 EURO and a system fee of 1,20 EURO. Other ticket offices have their own conditions.
- 5. Reserved tickets must be picked up at the latest on the day of performance, at least two hours prior to the beginning of the performance at the reserved tickets office. Afterwards these tickets cannot be claimed.
- 6. 1.Discounts / Sale reductions
- 6.1 Early birds will receive a 10% early booking discount on the regular ticket price when reserved until the 31st of March 2010.
- 6.2. Groups of 20 People and more, receive a 10 % discount.
- 6.3. Students, disabled persons, persons serving in the military or social service in lieu of military service as well as unemployed persons, upon showing proof of identity, will receive the following discounts: for tickets sold at the pre-selling office at the Rheinsberg tourist Information 25%.At the box office, the mentioned persons, upon showing proof of identity, will get a flat price of 15.- € on all days according to availability ( Singer celebration 22,00 €, Per la Gloria di Dio, Singender See 12,00 €, Matineen without Brunch: 9,00 €, with Brunch 29,00 €) in addition to 1,20 EURO system fee.
- 6.4 .After purchasing the ticket, there is no more discount possible. Discounted tickets are not transferable. There is only one discount per ticket possible.
- 7. It is not possible to exchange or return a ticket. Tickets that have not been used cannot be returned or exchanged. It is recommended to finalize returned tickets insurance.
- 8. Returns contingents of promoters will only be possible until 1st of April 2010. After this date, tickets cannot be returned. When falling short of the minimum purchased tickets to get discount due to returning of tickets, the full price is to be paid for the not returned tickets.
- 9.Visitors of the festival are asked to proof the tickets as well as the change immediately after purchase is taken place. Complaints will not be accepted after leaving the ticket office.
- 10. A substitute certificate for lost tickets will only be given if the day, the row and the seat number can be proven. In that case a 3 EURO fee will be charged. The original tickets keep their validity and at sight the prior claim of seating as well when a substitute certificate is issued.
- 11. The box office opens one hour before the beginning of the performance at each of the venues. At the box office there will be a 1,20 EURO system fee besides 20% additional charge of the ticket price (except for the discount tickets).
- 12. Admittance starts 30 minutes before the beginning of the performance. Audience who arrive after the beginning of the performance do not obtain the right whether to admit the show nor seating rights.
- 13. After dark only lightened roads and secure areas of the event are to use. Leaving these routes and areas at their own risk, and excludes the liability of the organizer.
- 14. In the case of uncertain weather, the open-air-performances will be transferred to an alternative venue; the picnic will then take place on a passenger ship. Information can be received two hours before the beginning of the open-air-performance through our Info-Telephone: +49-(0)-33931-72514 or at the venue. In such cases, as well as a break off of the open-air-performance due to weather implied dangers for the performers or the musical instruments, there will be no claim for the cost of returned tickets nor for replacement tickets. There is generally no refund of incurred travel and other expenses related to the visit.
- 15. It is possible that the performance will be recorded by radio / television or recorded as a documentation. The visitor is accepting the eventual possibility that his / her face will be shown.
- 16. Any private audio-, photo- or video recording is prohibited.
- 17. With the purchase of a ticket, these conditions are accepted.
